        worst service ever

        DO NOT USE THEIR LAUDNRY SERVICE! cleaners ruined my sweater - came back with holes, tried to fix it by sewing it together with a ball of thread, when all i wanted was them to replace. laundered clothes came back with short hair that resembled pet hair. beware - they do not honor their guarantee to replace damanged items. beware - most hotels in the area use their service.
