Awesome store! I have been taking my equipment and buying from here since the 90's! Under a new owner but still get the best deals around. Part's people are always willing to help, service is constantly busy, and sales know how to make a bargain!!

I dropped my bike off to have tires changed,brakes done,oil change, and carbs rejetted. They said a week to ten days and 250-300 for oil,breaks and tires. They never even got my front pads in, my jet kit wasnt there until the 10th day and never got put in they still charged me $296 for the tires oil change and juat my back breaks when they said 250-300 for the whole shabang And when i picked my bike up it was cover in dust and had spits on it where water had been dripping on it.when i called and asked for a manager i got the whole hes not in right now how can i help when i voiced my displeasure they said a manager would call me by the end of the day, and i never got a call back, i was referred by a friend to take my bike there,not only will i not be taking anything back there i will not suggest anyone to take their stuff to them! Ill be taking my stuff to peacock or mnt pleasant or traverse from now on very unhappy

New owner. The Salesmen know everything there is to know about what you want to buy. The parts department and service are the BEST around!! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!

today you guys screwed over my dad beacuse he came to get a part that he called and said that he is going to buy then he comes on his lunch break all the way from roscommon and only to find out that the part had already been sold so after we get this part we will never be coming back there i would not recommend this place to anybody!

These guys are on the ball - they have been there long enough to remember almost every snowmobile and motorcycle made in the last 40 years. They are good to their customers and generally have time to listen to your stories or help you figure out what you need to fix things yourself or they have a great bunch of mechanics that can figure anything out (Kenny) or else they get the owner (the Boss) to the back room and he has the most experience on everything they sell and they can make anything go faster! Handle better!! More comfortable!! Even customized for the physically challenged!!



They always remember me when I walk through the door and make me feel right at home. They generally remember what I have and what I done to it and help me decide the best thing to do now. The atmosphere is definitely a fun place and not all cold and business "runaround" like being in the city. This place has been run by the same family for lots of years. The name has never changed and neither has the way they treat their "customer family"



They have good prices that are fair but the service and care after the sale is what always keeps me coming back. And I just really like these guys.
