We were not pleased with the service after the sale. Most Sears stores will give free delivery on sales over $750, and our 3 items rang up to almost $1800. Not only did they have a charge for the delivery and set up for the washer and dryer, they also had an extra charge for the delivery of the grill. The grill was already assembled on the floor, yet I got charged for the assembly as well. Then they forgot to include the electrical cord for the dryer and the delivery guys wouldn't wait so I could run over and get the plug. They sold me a 3 prong as I asked for, but then they said they would send over the sales guy to install it. He told me that I had the wrong plug, needed a 4 prong, but he never tried the 3 prong, so back we go to the store and then he can't come back right then, but after he looked at the 4 prong, he told me to take both just in case, then bring back the one I didn't need. I asked him, so you are telling me I have to install my own dryer even though I paid for it, and then you insist I had the wrong plug and now you aren't sure, so you expect me to figure that out for you. I got no answer. The 3 prong was the correct one all along, but he never tried it while he was at the house. I returned the 4 prong, never got any price adjustment since I had to do my own installation. Not once has there been a follow-up call to see how things are going, and again, no offer to adjust the delivery and installation charge. I will never shop at this store again./

They have a surprising amount of in-stock merchandise there, and if they don't have what you need, they will order it for you either on the register or online. You'll have what you need in a few days.
