Ruby Tuesday

Wow, I dont know about that sharp guy, but i have always had a very good time here, i go about ever 2 months for the best burger in town, the alpine burger.

and the only reason it gets a one is because it was warm outside and they had the A/C on.....



worst dining experience of my life, called ahead of time and asked if they had the arkansas game on tv, was told yes, got there at about 5 was seated, waitress said the tv's will automatically turn to the arkansas game at 6, in the mean time, we order our drinks, i ordered coke my wife the sweet tea, she brought me water, no big deal right? lol thats just the begining, ordered our apitizer, brought to us cold in the middle, had to send it back, strike 2, finally recieved our entree, my wife ordered shrimp baked patoto, and rice, they bring out shrimp rice and baked zuccini? WTH strike 3, and by the way i had the chefs choice steak, and it had no flavor, had to almost beg for bicuits, and refills on the water i was brought, geez then to top it all off, it was 6, the tv switched to the channel the game was going to be on, and it said to order this event call direct tv.... so now i see there is no football game, and i feel as though i have been lied to, we had reservations somewhere else, that had the game, (should have kept those reservations) we ask for the manager, he's right there fixing some machine, we tell him of our problems... and he was a joke, figured we would have at least got a discount on our food, service was terrible and the management there needs replaced as well... i will make it a point to tell everyone i see about the experience my wife and i had at this ruby tuesday, i have already cost you one customer in ur parking lot. don't be surprised if u see me picketing ruby tuesday, worst place to eat in hot springs, arkansas, and by the way, they were'nt even busy, maybe 8 customers in the place, and the people sitting behind us had to have their pasta sent back and warmed up. cost me 50 bucks to find out ruby tuesdays in hot springs is the worst place to eat in hot springs. thank you for ur time, i'm posting this on facebook and every ruby tuesday website with feed back and reviews, also will be a letter to the editor in the local paper.... if u want to see the comments on my facebook page (and there are alot of em) ask to be my friend, u can read em, Felt like we were done very wrong and the manager was more concerned with fixing his lil icy machine than he was about an unhappy customer, this could have all been avoided if he would have at least offered a discount on our food, do not eat here, Terrible place to eat
