Very unhappy with the customer service.

I like the place but the customer service is ridiculous! The old woman that works there should start worrying about what the paying customer wants instead of what she wants!!! I politely asked her to turn the AC down because it was hot and she refused because she said it was freezing in the office! She is old and rude!!!

This Gym is great. Even paying the $50 joining fee they are still cheaper than any gym located in Hot Springs. Your looking at $200 your first year and just $150 the following years. If you go to another gym your looking at close to $400 a year. Their facility has been totally renovated and is very clean. They have all kinds of cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, and lots of open space. Excellent staff members who create a great atmosphere. Best gym I've ever been a member of!!!!!!
