Insane Autos

Just bought my daughter a car from them on 12/19/2013. It is a 2002 Chrystler Sebring. Two days later, it went dead on her as she was driving home from work on the 20th. Come to find out, the alternator was bad. We bought the part from Auto Zone, had a mechanic to come put it in and called the car people to ask them for a little consideration in pushing back the first payment which is due on the 3rd of January, 2014, which they declined to do. Basically, they refuse to even work with a NEW buyer. I feel like they sold us a lemon and I would not recommend them to ANYONE. Do NOT go there. Their cars are "suspect" and are not worth the headache and frustration.
