A Head Of Time

I love this place! Gene does my hair! He has been doing it now for about 4 years. I will never go anywhere else. I can give him a vague description of what I want done to it, and he turns it into something great! I have never walked out disappointed! I recommend Gene to everyone I know!

I had the most awful experience at this "Salon." I was charged 3 times on my debit card for my 1 hair cut! During the course of my haircut the "stylist" did ask me where I worked and I told her. When I took my bank statements back to A Head of Time to get them to give back the money they had overcharged me, they insulted me, cussed me and told me I couldn't read. The following day they called the police and sent them to my job!!! I hadn't done anything wrong!! All I did was get a bad haircut, get charged 3 times for it and get the police harassing me at my job. They refused to give me the money back that they had "accidently" overcharged me. Eventually my bank had to do "Fraudulent Charges" paperwork to force my money out of their account and back into mine. I will never go back and I recommend everybody else to Stay Away as well!
