        Overall

        Prior Management used to keep units in a nice shape, manager and contractors were ready to help and assist. The new manager is not approachable and she has a complete lack of acknowledge about everything, there is a total disregard toward tenants, they are not helpful at all. Units looks nice outside but the inside needs plenty of work. Units are cold in winter and really hot in summer. Surrounding areas now are cover with trash and dog pop on the lawns. This use to be a nice decent/safe place to live and raise your kids...not anymore. For the amount of money you pay, you can get a better place.
