Walmart - Bakery

I bought a salt system for a pool and a grill well to turn out I didn't need them I went to take them back and either exchange them or a refund well I didn't have my receipt but I did have my I'd well cs said she could not take them back I asked to speak to a mang well they sent keith up there he went to cs and they said no well he came back And said they couldn't do it he said I had been flagged meaning I had brought back other things without a rec in which I had not cause I don't even close to that walmart some of the people there are very very rude and hateful

Pitiful service, they lack knowledge, experience and customer service.After my experience with "Wal-Mart", I will now and always continue to shop the mom and pop stores that they are trying to put out of business, for all of my purchases that require help in determining exactly what it is I need. I was looking for a computer, I know what I wanted, "Wal-Mart" had to clue. I went to a locally owned store, what in and told the guy what I wanted, and he said ok. this is what we have in stock, and this is what you want.. Wal-Mart was like well, uh, uh, I'm not sure.
