This has to be one of the best German Restaurants in Fayetteville. The Schnitzels are the best we have had since living in Germany and will melt in your mouth. If you have lived in Germany, you know the Schnitzel is being well prepared when you can hear the cook tenderizing the meat in the kitchen.The owner and cook, Marita, offers a freshly prepared home cooked meal in a delightful and friendly atmosphere. The house salad is typical of a mixed German salad with a light oil/vinegar dressing.Our daughter is gluten intolerant (cannot eat wheat products) and Marita will go out of her way to prepare an un-breaded schnitzel steak for her.They offer a selection of German beer and wine as well a soft drinks.If you are looking for a meal that would bring back memories of Germany, this is the place to go.
