National H.V.A.C. Service, Ltd. (National HVAC Service) was founded in 1991 as a provider of heating, air conditioning and mechanical services, primarily in the commercial, industrial and institutional market sectors. It is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania based company with its corporate headquarters located in the suburban area of Wexford. The Company’s platform was and remains to provide a wide range of offerings to its customers from guaranteed maintenance agreements to complete system installations. From the outset, National HVAC Service was committed to provide its services in a most responsive and highly competent manner, while maintaining open communication with its customers. Through this approach and a company-wide attitude of always trying to have performance meet or exceed the customers’ expectations, National HVAC Service continues to prosper. In 1992, during the Company’s initial full year of operation, it acquired existing businesses in Seaford, Delaware and in Memphis, Tennessee. In March 1994, another branch operation was established through an acquisition of a company in Little Rock, Arkansas. In November of that same year, branch operations were added through the acquisition of a company located in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. In June 1995, an office was established in Nashville, Tennessee. An acquisition in February, 1999 of a Wilmington, Delaware business added a branch and in June of that same year another branch was established through an acquisition of a Lewes, Delaware based company. Furthermore, in 1999, the Company established a presence in Hope, Arkansas. In June 2002, the acquisition of an existing business, which operates under the name of HVAC Engineering, provided the Company with a Boston, Massachusetts office. Most recently, in June 2005, an operation was opened in Bentonville, Arkansas. In addition, over the years other acquisitions were made in the company’s existing markets and integrated within the respective branch operations. The National HVAC Service family of companies presently has seven primary branch offices and three satellite branches located in various cities. The same commitment to excellence and customer service exists throughout the entire Company. All branch locations benefit from the sharing of parent company systems, resources, programs and cross support. As an established organization with a proven performance record, National HVAC Service is presently positioned better than ever to provide professional services, programs and solutions to its increasing customer base.
