Sonic Drive-In

Once upon a time, Hooks sonic was alright. They had a great manager, brought out your food and drink in a timely fashion, everything was great. I am guessing in the last few months there must have been some changes in personnel because the quality of the food and service have changed and not for a good change. I am surprised there is not a hop scotch board drawn in chalk on the ground because every time I go there, the staff is outside playing and chatting. It has taken 15 minutes on multiple occasions to receive just a small coke and sometimes I receive the wrong order. The burgers are disgusting. It's better to stop in New Boston or Nash and skip right over Hooks.



The only reason I am giving this restaurant two stars instead of one is because the drinks and Ice cream is still safe for human consumption.
