On August 30, 2012 I was in Hood River. When I started my 2004 Chrysler Town & Country with just over 100,000 miles, my oil light and engine light came on for the first time ever. Since I was 3500 miles from home, it shook me up pretty good. We were 2 sixty something year old ladies traveling together and I felt a slight panic. As I walked in to the Repair shop, Gordon greeted me and asked how I was doing. I said, I don't know and told him my problem. He came outside, I checked my oil. He said I was about a quart low. I said, what about the engine light. He was pretty sure oil would take care of it. He went back inside and came out a couple of minutes later with a mechanic who had a huge oil container in tow...topped my oil, both lights went out. I asked what I owed him, he said nothing! I asked if he was sure and he said yes. I thanked him and a couple of minutes later I was on my way. I could tell by the way Gordon treated me, this is a great shop. If I lived there, they would be my mechanics in a heartbeat. Thanks again, Gordon for your hospitality!

I have several late model Audi's and have been taking them to Expertec since they have been open. I have always paid a fair price, gotten dependable, straightforward service and had my vehicle back quickly. I can't recommend them strongly enough!
