I purchased a car from Platte Valley Auto Sales, and I am NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED. First of all, I was told that the brake pads and rotors were new, when they most certainly were not by any means. And, it doesn't end there unfortunately... I also had problems with my heat/air conditioning. I had taken my car back and they had supposedly fixed the problem, but within 2 months I had the same problem. So, I paid for a NEW actuator to be installed, which they did and told me that my heat and air conditioning would be fine from there on out. Well, it wasn't and I just recently found out that the NEW actuator that I had paid Platte Valley Auto to install wasn't new at all and had been a USED one. They also, hadn't even re-installed the used actuator correctly either. Four bolts were not only missing from the actuator itself, but there were also three bolts missing from the underside of my dashboard.

So, with all of this said, I seriously hope that if you or any of your family members are considering purchasing or taking your vehicles to Platte Valley Auto, that you reconsider. They're untrustworthy, shady, and obviously do not care about their customers.

Excellent! I purchased a car from Dave and Brenda about 3 months ago,first of all when I was looking in their lot,they didn't bother or pressure me,they let me look at my leisure. When I had picked out the one I was interested in they were polite and answered all my questions,also they went fairly by the blue book pricing and even gave me a better price at the end, after buying the vechile,I noticed a minor problem,Dave immediately addressed the problem,it was during the christmas holiday and I had to be with my family,since my father had recently passed away,Dave made sure I had a car for this trip,after the holiday i got my car back,and he even told me to call him back to make sure the problem was taken care of and that he would honor his word,he certainly did. I have dealt with dishonest car dealers in the past who take advantage of good hard working people,and to tell you the truth I was very leary when I went car shopping,Platte Valley Automotive reminded me there are still good honest business people who do care about you and you're business,by all means Dave and Brenda bent over backwards to make me happy with what I purchased,I would strongly recommended this business if you are looking for a vechile, or mechanics that are excellent also.
