We used this on line agency on our first trip to Hawaii and received excellent service. We were unsure what exactly we wanted to see and the agent who assited us asked "When you dreamed of coming to Hawaii what did you see?" She hooked us up on a great nature tours that took us away from the city to see the country as well as a beautiful waterfall. We also went swimming with the dolphins on the west side of the island, we were thinking about doing the submarine but the agent said we would see way more marine life on the boat tour and she was right. We snorkeled with a pod of dolphins and my husband had a turtle swim right up to him! After meeting folks who did the submarine we knew we made the right decision. Their prices were lower than any other sites we visited, but the customer service is unbeatable. There website is http://www.savontourshawaii.com

I booked this as a groupon. Very reasonably priced. They picked us up right outside our hotel. They have water and snacks for the hike. The staff was knowledgeable of the island and gender great tips on places to visit. The waterfall hike was amazing and not too hard. My 85 yr old grandmother was able to do it with little help. I would say a must do when visiting.
The bellman at the hotel I was staying at in Waikiki booked me a last minute trip to Diamond Head. We were concerned that we would not find the proper transportation to suit our group for such a trip with no prior arrangements. Rabi Shuttle quickly accepted our group and provided us with a shuttle of our own. Thanks Rabi Shuttle!
