Veggie Pho is the Best!

I have tried many vegetarian versions of pho at various restaurants and none can compare to Vietnam Cafe Pho Saigon's. They load the bowl with tons of broccoli, choi sum, string beans, tofu, celery....and of course the noodles are perfectly cooked. You have a choice of the beef or veggie broth, which are both delicious!
