Each Todai Restaurant features a 160-foot seafood buffet counter with 40 different kinds of sushi. Todai Restaurant is an upscale, all-you-can-eat Japanese seafood buffet restaurant. Each restaurant in the chain, which operates under Todai Franchising, is designed to create a unique family atmosphere that seats up to 500 patrons. More than 15 dishes are served at both the salad bar and hot entree island. Todai s dessert bar offers more than 20 different cakes and fruits. The restaurant s buffet counter serves an assortment of culinary options such as clam, fish cake soup, chicken cabbage rolls, shrimp and vegetable tempura and soft shell crab. Operating in ten states, one of Todai Restaurants is located in Honolulu.

Poor service, food, and management. Prices are outrageously high for the quality/selection of food. Poor seafood selection, it's more of a lower quality Chinese food restaurant. Wasn't treated as a valued customer. If you have a meal coupon it DOESN'T include your fountain drink. I give them one star JUST for their teriyaki chicken.

I love to eat. Other than the survival factor, there are many reasons why I love to eat. I love different tastes and textures on my palate. Todai's satisfies EVERYTHING: sweet, salty, bitter... There is NO POSSIBLE WAY that one person can eat everything that they offer in one night. Trust me, I TRIED! I started out with the sushi bar and loved just about everything there, especially the spicy ahi. I LOVED the big platters of ahi and salmon sashimi. VERY FRESH. Then I worked my way over to the hot food, the tempuras. I BARELY had room for that WONDERFUL banana crepe that their staff make right in front of you. The banana crepe is one of many fillings that they can put in your crepe. Honestly, you have to go AT LEAST 3 more times to get a good idea of everything that they have available in their buffet.
