Never there when you need them

These guys are not service oriented. Even when you call DURING their normal office hours, they are not there and don't respond to messages.

Reliable and responsive to client needs

OMG

Quality of people and service skills are lacking for the most part. Keith has no memory of things he has done or said in the past. Owners get no notification in the event of an emergency. Tom is rude and doesnt gather all his facts prior to having a conversation with you. Overall rating is very poor. I am happy that I no longer have to deal with these people. Unprofessional all the way around.

Worst Realtor on Oahu

Tom Shinsato and his manager Keith are unprofessional. In the past year, they've raised the rent on us TWICE. They cite that prices are rising in our area, but we've found--and proven to them--that this isn't the case. Keith is supposed to be our Property manager, but he calls and then hangs on up on us; I've actually never heard him say ""bye"" or ""talk to you later."" Miserable!

OMG I had the same issues with these guys they are horrible! I tried to get simple things fixed and you would think they would help out a single mom but they didn't! Even worse, there so called landscapers messed up my elderly neigbors yard--and they never care! Tom Shinsato Realty, Inc. is the only choice

I was a previous renter of a Salt Lake unit and am forever grateful to the Shinsato family. Mr. Shinsato gave a me a break years ago... a single mom w/2 kids on Section 8. dishonest realty

This realtor is very dishonest and money hungry. They are responsible for certain repairs in the facility that we rented prior, but they never did it. after calling for months they finally came to fix what was broken and one week later we where kicked out. Tom himself is very dishonest and he seems to be very prejudice against certain races as well. Renters just beware of the scam of unprofessionalism
