Theater could use some improvements

This is a nice big theater complex, yet it is so poorly managed, operated and run. They have many many employees bit unfortunately none of them can facilitate the concession stand. The sign states ""No Outside Food,"" yet I wonder that people don't sneak in food to save money, but rather to avoid the endless lines and time consuming effort to get a drink or candy. Employees are divided into duties that don't permit them to assist or help extra long lines and but can stand around, talk story with a fellow employee and talk about who so and so is dating another girl and have a wife at home pregnant. The theaters themselves are dirty, smell sour and the seats are sometimes sticky (I hope this is from food, candy or drink spillage and not something that will be detected with a UV wand). I wonder if they ever mop the floors or even disinfect the seats even once a day. I am amazed that they can still be in business. Plus the prices are increasing soon.

not much choice
Well, one really doesn't have much choice in theaters on a small Island such as Oahu. It's either go to Consolidated Theaters or pop a DVD in the machine at home. Pretty good place as theaters go.

Ward Theaters, too noisy, recommend changes
Large movie screens, good sound, and comfortable seating are fine at Ward Theaters
However, people have been bringing behavior that is acceptable in their living rooms into a public theater where it is not acceptable.
In response, the managemen shoud install technology to disable cell phone usage.
The chatter from cell phone uses and the flashing of bright text messagers by thoughtless people is irritating. It makes me question whether I should pay the price of a ticket only to be harrassed by this juvenile behavior.
Ward Theaters management should play a humorous cartoon showing irate moviegoers throwing popcorn at cell phone users!
