Completely unreliable, rude
Long story short - 1 hr late and didn't show up. I made several calls and the rep kept telling me 5 more minutes each time. On the final phone call the rep informed me that I missed the shuttle! I was outside for an hour waiting with 7 pieces of luggage! I didn't move from the hotel driveway. I call back and complain and ask to speak to the manager of Rabi Shuttle. The man on the phone proceeds to call me a "f#ggot, @sshole" tells me to "f%ck #ff" and to stop wasting his time and tying up his phone lines.... HUH? Am I missing something....
COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and RUDE. I have never in my life experienced such crappy (and that's a HUGE understatment) customer service! They have no respect for your time nor for you. Oh, almost missed my flight too!
Get a new receptionist! And buy your drivers some watches.
He said that his name was "Tony". Let me begin by stating that he was the person that answered the phone, when I made my initial reservation. But when he was over a half hour late, I phoned again just to make sure that there wasn't a problem. He told me that he was the owner of the co. and that he was also the driver that was going to pick me up. He yelled at me and told me that I didn't have to call him because he has enough calls as it is without me adding to it. He also said that if I called him again that he was not going to pick me up at all. I was shocked that anyone would talk that way to me, after all I was nice to him. Anyway, if you enjoy being yelled at like you are the enemy- take Rabi Transportation & Tours. The owner (Tony) showed up 45 minutes late, and did not say that he was sorry for being late, nor did he say that he was sorry for his angry rant over the phone. He is a small man, that apparently feels big when he yells and screams at customers. There's wasn't much Aloha coming from Rabi Shuttle. I'm sure that there are other shuttle companies in Waikiki that know how to treat their customers.
Stay away from Rabi Trans!!! They are very unrealiable, unprofessional and rude! I almost missed my flight because they picked me up at my hotel 25 minutes late! Also, the driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I expressed my disappointment over his tardiness, he rudely told me that he is just a driver and it is not his fault and that I should complain to the owner, and not to him! When I commented that I almost took another cab, he yelled at me and said " Oh you want to get a cab? Go get a cab!!!" and he was giving me back my luggage. I replied "are you going to give me a refund then?". He didn't answer, instead, he opened the shuttle door for me, and slammed it hard after I got in. While in the car, he kept on mumbling that he's just a driver, and I should call the owner and complain to him! Rudest person that I ever met! I was so mad that I almost burst into tears when I got to the airport.
Also, one of my friends had the same experience with them. He booked an airport pick-up, and the shuttle was a no-show. When he called and followed up, the shuttle rep said that they will be there in 20 minutes. Since my friend was already tired from his long flight, he decided to get a taxi instead. Rabi Trans did not follow up with him nor apologized and they did not give him a refund.
The bellman at the hotel I was staying at in Waikiki booked me a last minute trip to Diamond Head. We were concerned that we would not find the proper transportation to suit our group for such a trip with no prior arrangements. Rabi Shuttle quickly accepted our group and provided us with a shuttle of our own. Thanks Rabi Shuttle!
