Established in 1986, Oahu Care Facility is a more than 80-bed nursing home that provides intermediate and skilled levels of care services. The facility includes large recreation and dining areas on each floor, storage area for personal belongings, and a therapy room for rehabilitation services and restorative nursing care. Its skilled nursing services include intravenous and pain management, respiratory treatment, and diabetic and hospice care. Oahu Care Facility offers a wide variety of rehabilitation services, such as physical, speech and occupational therapy, consultations, discharge planning, and financial and medical assistances. Located in Honolulu, Oahu Care Facility is operated by the Hawaii Nursing Homes.
