I ordered granite from the owner Pat,he came out to measure,we set a date and time for delivery.On the day he was to delivery,i waited over 2hrs,no word from him so I called,only to be told by a worker he would call pat and get right back to me a hour later his worker called to say,that Pat said he needed to reschudle,so we did for 3 days later,once again a no show!! no call!! I expressed my upset at his total lack of customer service. In between all this he lost my folder showing the measurements ,the price and the deposit i had given him.On the day of delivery again no show,i had to call them,he said they were heading my way,I questioned if he was also going to here for the install,he said he would be here,2 hours later his 2 workers showed up.There was to be 1 cut made on it is so obivious they do not match.when they were done ,they tried to tell me i owed more than want my invoice had said,Thank-God ,I had kept the invoice.Never had such poor customer service.
