        Coverage Start Date Not Honored

        HMAA account manager claims that HMAA made a mistake on coverage start date when HMAA issued a signed letter certifying that I was insured starting on a specific date. HMAA paid some claims based on this date and then later refused to pay remaining claims saying that start date is actually one month later. Customer Service has not been helpful to explain or resolve issue
