Gentle Dental

These people in the Honolulu office at Union Mall were cleaning my wife's teeth and broke a bridge. They told me it was because she had a cavity. Then they tried to charge me for the broken bridge. I took her to another dentist who took an x-ray and said there was no cavity and they could fix the bridge. So these people broke the bridge, lied and said it was a cavity, and tried to stick me with the bill.



On top of this they kept trying to get me to do all kinds of deep cleans and other treatments, that, when I checked with other dentists, was told were unnecessary. They lie to get you to spend money, bottom line. I suggest going anywhere else.
