Horrible service, 100% of the time. DO NOT USE CADMUS!
I was a condo/homeowner for nearly 5 years in a building that Cadmus ""managed"". I paid my monthly Cadmus bill early every time.
What we got in exchange from Cadmus was appalling. When complaints arose (insane, drug using, noisy building occupants; unsafe conditions like broken door locks) our assigned representative (Casey) never called back. In fact, I called every single number and left msgs on everyone's voice mail, and no one could figure out how to call back (giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they don't know how to use telephones). Since the Paet family runs the business, I quickly found out that complaining to the Senior Paet was worthless because he would just protect his son.
The worst was that Cadmus refused to mediate an issue whereby an upstairs neighbor's leaking toilet caused thousands of $$$ damage to the building and our wall, but Cadmus wouldn't call the owner, talk to the owner, nothing, on our behalf. The people who fixed our wall were wonderful to work with and sent the bill to Cadmus, WHO NEVER PAID, AND NEVER FORWARDED THE BILL TO US, resulting in late fees.
The one star that Cadmus received from me is because they hired a great firefighter to keep up the building. That firefighter could've earned Cadmus 5 stars, except Cadmus management earned a negative number of stars.
