AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

THEY ARE RADICALS THAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.

REPUTABLE GROUPS AVOID THEM. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN AGENDA AND ARE VINDICTIVE.

PETS SHOULD BE VEGETARIAN... ARE YOU KIDDING?

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PET, PLEASE VISIT A REPUTABLE SHELTER. THERE ARE MANY ANIMALS THERE WAITING FOR HOMES.... WHILE THIS GROUP RANTS AND RAVES.

I am a true animal lover with all my heart.... If you are like me or have very little love for your pets PLEASE, PLEASE do not take them to this place to get them tortured, traumatized, or even put to death!!

The doctor in ACF is pure evil in disguise. Please google this place and read every review about them to find about what this place is all about.

~God Bless you all

Do not take your beloved pets ...

Do not take your beloved pets to this establishment. I would have given zero or negative star if I could. I share the same experience like most people had posted.

After 3 years, I am still disgusted with how my cat was treated when I took her to Animal Care Foundation to get a regular check-up and how my cat died a month later because of the fluid treatment that the vet ordered for her. The fluid treatment was supposed to help my cat's weakening kidneys but it ended up weakening my cat's heart (confirmed by a second opinion). I shouldn't have listened to Animal Care Foundation's vet at the first place to start the fluid treatment on my cat. The vet even threatened and told me that it would be me who kill my cat when I sensed something was really wrong and wanted to stop the fluid treatment and take my cat home.

This vet at Animal Care Foundation appears to care about your pets but she really doesn't. All she cares about is to milk more money from you. Do NOT take your pets there so you won't regret like I do.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

They are known to be a radical group here on the island. Most other reputable rescue groups will have nothing to do with them. Among other things, they require that their animals be vegetarian - after 8000 years!. They don't accept money for their pets (it's against their principles), but accept part of other groups adoptions fees for "services rendered" (seems very hypocritical, right). They were known for their rescue services, but are now turning away animals and groups in large numbers.

If you don't do things their way, they are known to be very vindictive (protests at Hawaiian Humane Society fundraisers - like they don't take enough crap, and a variety of other venues) and put their own interests ahead of the animals.

Please visit any of the other shelters on Oahu.... somewhere that they put the animals first, not their own program.
