Next we’ll develop a customized care plan by taking into consideration the preferences, interest, and personality of your loved one as well as you and your family. Taking your specific needs into consideration, we’ll match you with one or more of our experienced, highly qualified caregivers. Along the way, you can count on our Care Manger to plan and manage all aspects of your loved one’s care and directly supervise our caregivers who provide service in your home. Fully-Screened and Highly Qualified Caregivers We understand the trust involved in allowing us to come into your home and care for a loved one. It’s for this reason that we ensure the following. All of our caregivers have passed a criminal and abuse background check and drug screening.
