This company is extremely responsive. The owner, John, was able to schedule our job immediately and his pricing was very fair compared to other quotes I received. Keith, the technician was extremely helpful. He fixed the broken spring problem so we could at least get a car out of the garage after having it trapped for many days. Without charging for 2 service calls, he came back after receiving approvals from our insrance comapany to go forward witht the rest of the repairs. Keith also made adjustments to our rails and spring holder. Opening and closing our garage door has never been so easy and quiet thanks to Takase Doors and Service. Our end of the island is usually the last to get service from vendors. We were able to get service by 10 am each time....no waiting around all day!

This is our 4th service/maintenance appt with Takase Doors & Service - and we will remain committed clients. TD&S has without fail provided quick, prompt service. Once the overhead garage opener died and the following day the unit was replaced...wonderful for short notice. The recent maintenace service call was completed within 24 hours of calling TD&S. The appt was set for between 10 am and 12 noon. We received a phone call from service/sales technician, Keith, at 9:00 am who said he would be here in 15 minutes. Keith arrived and performed the necessary adjustment and service and was done in no time. He was efficient, knowledgeable and advised us of maintenance that we could do ourselfs. My garage door was installed in 2004 by Takase Doors. I've had a couple of maintenance calls since and have always had quick, prompt service. In fact, I called early this morning before 7:30 am because a problem that occured last evening due to our negligence.
