What a beautiful park! There is a great picnic area if you don't want to go down to the water. They offer a shuttle to take you down to the water for $2 round trip or you can walk down the steep hill. You have to watch a movie on caring for the reef before heading down to the water and there is a fee to do that. Snorkeling equipment was available for rent there but was pricey compared to bringing it and renting elsewhere, although definitely more convenient. Really awesome snorkeling! Tons of beautiful fish not far from shore.

An extremely difficult hike but worth it! My husband and I climb it every year to test our time. This year we brought along our 6 and 8 year old boys. We took our time and they made it! Jaw-dropping views at the top and a great workout! The three stars are for the park grounds at the bottom of the trail.
