I lost my kickstand spring while on a ride. Bungy corded it and drove by Baer. While I sat on the bike, they put a stand underneath, put on a new spring and said it's on the house. What? I threw 10 bucks to the mechanic and was on my way. Thanks guys. Great way to do and earn more business.

I have been to many HD shops all over the United States and by far baer is the best in all aspects of a dealership.They excel from the time people walk in the door to the time they leave looking forward to their next visit.Most shops you come in and get what you want or need and then leave and at Baer it is difficult to just stop in for a few minutes.
