Coakley Disposal really doesn't about its customers. Like others, you'll never get a call back, so don't bother. Once the recycle driver threw my bin without any regard where it might fall, breaking a small tree I planted in my yard in half (there goes $150 down the drain). I called them to report it, but didn't receive a call back...no I'm sorry, no we'll replace it, no we'll talk to our driver. With my most recent bill, they charged me for the previous invoice that was paid (I have proof my check was cashed). Now, how am I supposed to resolve this when they don't return calls? Wish me luck!

We walk our dog between 6:30 and 7:00 most mornings. A few weeks ago, we spotted in front of our house an area where a large vehicle had evidently pulled partially off the road and tore up the lawn. We discovered what did the damage another time when we spotted a garbage truck, pulled partially off the road at the same spot. It was dark at the time and I was unable to see the company name. This morning as I was leaving for work, a truck from Coakley Disposal, was parked in that same spot, as I walked toward the truck, the driver pulled away, but I was able to identify the name on the truck. You can believe I will take action to get my lawn repaired if I have to!!

I live In a rental house and My landlord does not want Large trucks on the road. This company uses small trucks. If I had a choice I would switch companies in a second. When I opened an account they skipped me for 4 weeks. After a phone call with message everyday I finally flagged down the driver in October at 5:30 am myself and told we have service. There is a total lack of costumer service in the company. Phone calls are not answered, or returned. There is a complete lack of communication between the Drivers and the Company. The service I pay for is terrible, I have on large can and everything MUST be bagged or it is left behind. the service is spotty and not regular.There are weeks My street is just plain forgotten. Research your Garbage service before deciding on this company.And if you do choose Coakley I wish you luck!!!

I moved here and thought it would be nice to support the local business. Service has been fine, pick ups have been timely. The problem I have is, when I have a question, and I've only had to call 3 times in the past 6 years, not one phone call has ever been returned. I don't waste anyone's time with studpid questions. This last time I called, I specifically asked for a phone call back and said to myself, ""if I don't get a response, I'm changing companies"". So , guess what? I'm going to a new company.

I have had it with this company. I put my garbage out and in addition to just putting my tote I might have one item laying next to it such as one piece of lumber like a 2 x 4 and they don't take it. Numerous phone calls later, it finally gets picked up and it usually takes days. they only send out postcards for their bills and many time I don't get them and then I get one large bill with service charges. I would never recommend this company.

Ha, My Mother has been calling for 2 day's, yesterday the garbage man threw away all her flowers and vegatable plants that she had out front ready to plant.
She's not very happy that they haven't called her back-she called them about 15 minutes after it happend so it's not like they would not have been able to save some of what he took.....

I switched my disposal service to coakley because it was cheeper and I wanted to give the smaller company a chance. It took a phone call to an answering machine for 4 weeks for coakley to remember to pick up my garbage and or my recycles. I never got a live person. I never got a call back until the 4th week. They did adjust my account to reflect the missed pickups. I had also requested to recylce bins to accomadate the amt of recylce items I had. That also took 4 weeks. There is only one guy on the truck who drives and picks up your garbage. I have seen him dump the recylces in with the garbage. Now, I come home and my recycle bins and garbage big are gone. I have called for two days, left messages and no one has dropped new ones off. I have no where to put my recylces and garbage bags.
