This review is by office personal and owners Martin an Joseph Dureiko. These people do not run a legal busness. The homes are not installed legally by Dade Country Code Enforcement. There are homes in the park purchased and sold by the owners that are not built to code for florida laws. The police live in this park, Do backround checks on the people that run the office... Beware of this place and the surrounding area.

These people are only interested in making money off of the snowbirds. Tax free money plus they have them pay for everything including maintaining the pool... Large items are left on the concrete slabs after the snowbirds leave which is dangerous if there is any storms. After the snowbirds leave the property is not maintained. old homes have been sold to the Canadians, which now have code violations. The full time residents of this park are treated as prisioners, while the lot rent just keeps on going up... I am sorry for my friend that homes a home there. Police are always at this park, my friend wants to get out as one resident is at times with a gun... Call metro dade for police reports... I give this park one star only because you have to rate it...
