Watch out for these guys. They made lots of fancy promises then served a meal to our family and friends that left us embarassed about the quality of food. Mr. Streeter would be better suited as a used car salesman. And, he really sold us a lemon--lobster bisque that tasted as if it came from some sort of powder out of a package, a limp salad, lousy steaks and tiny lobster tails with no butter or sauce. And for dessert, we were promised Bananas Foster and Crepe Suzettes but were served bananas with some kind of caramel sauce (no ice cream!!!), a too-long refrigerated crepe stuffed with I-don't-know-what, and a store-bought apple strudel, all served by a nice, polite but untrained wait staff.
Then to top it all off Mr. Streeter hired a professional photographer who spent the evening taking promotional photos, interupting guests and asking them to pose with trays of food, etc. It was very annoying. Mr. Streeter seemed to forget that it was our party, not his.
I'm no professional caterer but I have prepared this kind of dinner for this many people and done abetter job with just a few friends helping out.
A real stinker.
