This place is very unprofessional they act like they don't to work, I arrived at 4:40 and they told me they were closed, I asked why, and it clearly states they close at 5pm, she said just go and come back tomorrow at 9am, why so I can be there all damn day. If they freakin close at 4;30 they should state or say that, not allow you in the building, you wait until they assist other people ahead of you then say we closed when you get to the damn desk, what type of shit is that. I would give them no stars if I could. If they don't want to work from 9-5pm they should stay home, because they are clearly waisted my time fighting through that busy traffic to get there. they don't have no customer service ethics at all.

Lady was very helpful made it a good experience

The manager Lucy has cars for sale on Craigslist. Her partner Ferdinando meets you first. Ferdino tells you now have to complete title transfer with lucy. Lucy insist title transfer be done at South Broward tag agency where she is the manager. and no where else. Beware!

The only people who complain about this tag agency are either people who think they are too important to wait in line or people who cant read and or follow directions and get frustrated by their own mistakes. The staff is very helpful and the wait isnt too long. I have been going here for years and never encountered a problem. The signs are posted everywhere; take a number, this line for registration, cash or check only. Somehow people look past that and blame the staff.

Staff member "heaven" is the rudest most unprofessional person we've ever encountered. She'll send you on a wild goose chase for irrelevant documents that her peers say is unnecessary just to make people angry, and that's very possible after waiting so long to begin with. Used to be good, now, just like the old days with incompetent government employees abusing customers. This girl wouldn't even get out of her chair and pushed herself backwards in her desk chair all over the behind counter area. What is this, kindergarten? Terrible, and it looks like I'm not the only one who thinks so.

Arrived before they opened, waited 2 hrs and still had 20 people ahead of me. I decided to run out and get a cup of coffee when I got back 5 mnts later my # had been called already. I spoke to the manager and she was very rude telling me to grab another #. I ended up staying at this place for total of 6 hrs. I would never ever come back to this place.!!

South Broward Tag is the best tag agency I've ever used. I don't know why people complain about going to tag places, because this place was great.

This is the first review I've written on YP.com about a business. These guys did a great job with my tag and title needs.

I have used this company a dozen times during the last year and I've always had a great experience. I buy and sell cars pretty regularly and these guys make it easy for me.
