I used Pink Nail Spa a few times and it was ok. Then I bought a deal online for a deluxe mani/pedi for $25. It expired but under Florida law they are required to give me credit for the amount I paid. We after an unreturned phone call I called again and was told that the owner refused to honor it. I explained I was a good customer but they did not care. They told me Pink Nail Spa is under new ownership. They are still required to accept but they do not care-- I would not recommend anyone does business with them!

I'm a mom of a 13 year old boy I run 2 businesses and a household. Sometimes its hard to get out to do hair nails and go shopping today I finally got a chance I walked into pink nails and spa looking to get pampered for an hour or 2 before my hair appointment for my labor day/ business party and one lady inside said they were busy and not accepting apointments unil late at night. I advised her that they didn't look busy and I am a paying customer. She took down my info and was very rude I left very upset how do u run a business and be so nasty and rude I will never reccomed any busy mom to go there to be mistreated.:-(

I have mixed feelings about this place. Ive only gone there for waxing..Lip wax to be exact. This is how my experience usually goes...When i walk in an employee shouts from way across the room as shes working with another client "how can I help you" i try to be discreet as everyone in the salon suddenly looks up at me.."Im here for a wax" she responds "what kind of wax?" UGH..."lip wax" as "confidently" as I can say it. That's just so unprofessional. I shouldn't have to announce to the whole salon that i have a mustache (even tho most women do) Its very cold feeling in there for it being called a "spa" and super quiet. Their should at least be some type of spa sounds playing and candles. I recommend that employees only shout out that they will be with me in a moment. After that, they should walk up to the client to ask for the details as to why they're there. I give this place a 2 because of the hours (10-10pm), location and cleanliness. I'll sacrifice and continue going to the spa nail salon in Davie (not sure If I can say the name) although i would still go to pink and bare the embarrassment if its an absolute emergency.

I unexpectedly had a tremendously wonderful and way above average experience!!! The owner Kelly was very attentive and friendly. She clearly cares about giving the up most best possible customer service and it is transparent through her actions. Mirna did my hot stone pedi and she did a phenomenal job!!! She was quick, efficient, detailed and very polite. I so much fell in love with the place that I bought a 12 pack of mani/pedi's because I have found my place! I have recommended this place to everyone I could think of. Plus they have terrific coupons available so you don't have to wait around for groupons. One of the many that they're offering right now if a mani/pedi for $24 for Mother's Day!!! You can't beat that!! Thank you Kelly and Mirna for doing such a great job. You are a dynamic duo. I am so looking forward to my next visit! :) 2 thumbs up!

they may not be Asian, but who ever answers the phone needs to learn how to speak english. i called for an appt with a living social and my appt was never put in the book. as i spoke to the woman who cant speak english she "took down" my name voucher number and phone number. when i was told my appt was never put in the book i was told to come back at a later time. well that being said if i wanted to come in later i would have said so. the red head woman was the one trying to help me but she seemed just as lost as the other one....so sad i had high hopes :(

sooo i see many people are talking about how much all the nail techs talk only difference between that and the Asian ones is u cant understand what they are saying but i bet they are talking just as much sh** as the ones there i got a pedi there and it was probably one of the better ones ive gotten ye it was a bit pricey probably wouldnt go back

I visited this salon after I purchased a Living Social Deal which included a pedi/mani with gel and massage. After 2 days, my gel started to PEEL OFF!!! Gel is NOT supposed to peel. My nail tech was very very sweet and before I left she told me the policy was that they would fix a mani gel if it chips within 3 days and fix pedi if it chips within 2. I called the salon to tell them that my mani had chipped and the owner refused to fix even though it had only been 2 days. She gave me some story about how everyone's nails will react different to the gel and she would not be able to fix it. I was so mad because I was going on a cruise that weekend. To make matters worse the first day I wore open toe shoes after my pedi BOTH of my big toe nails chips. My polish was so bad that I had to buy remover and polish in Barbados in the middle of my cruise to remove it. This was all after just 1 WEEK of having my nails done. By day 7, I had to peel off the rest of my mani because the painT was coming up on all nails. Long story short, DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE.

I love it...I love the personal touch. It doesn't feel like the cattle call that you experience at the Asian nail spa's. The people are so nice.

I was referred to Pink Nails Spa from a friend who had heard from another friend that this was a good place. Yes they were nice and Yes they were very clean, what I did not like is the nickel and diming, While getting my nails done the nail tech would say "oh its $5.00 for this and "oh and its an extra $2.00 for this " I am in sales and going about the "nickel and diming" technique (if you want to call that a technique) is a total turn off to clients. Finding out what it is exactly a client wants and presenting the total cost is the upfront approach.
I also felt like I was in a highschool girls locker room with the kind of conversations that were carrying on... not professional. I decided to give it another try just so I can make a valid decision to either continue or never go back, second visit to me was the same exact thing if not worse. I had called and made an appointment and asked to have something specifically done and when I came in no one was there that day that could do what I wanted. Overall very disapointing :- / -

I visited Pink Nail Salon while on vacation with my best friend. We received excellent service from the entire staff. I am very picky about my nails & Chantelle gave me the best mani/pedi ever! She was extremely sweet and made me completely comfortable. I had never had the OPI gel polish before and she explained the process to apply it & the benefits very clearly. It turned out amazing! Amanda, Kelly & Sarah were also at the nail spa and were super nice. They were all very professional. The place is extremely cute & very very very clean. I wish they had one at home in Michigan so I could go on a regular basis. I will definitely come back every time I come to Florida!

If you enjoy sitting for HOURS on wood benches and have right out of school nail techs make you their test subject....... Please go to this salon. The decor and location is the ONLY good thing about this place. Do not waste your TIME and $$$$ here

I read here a somewhat negative review mentioning an employee with tattoos; so"the tattoo girl Amanda just happened to be the one who did my mani/pedi. She is the sweetest person and is very good at her job.
I will definitely be coming back. -

Clean place. Decorated very cute.
The young girl that worked on me looked like she woke up and didn't even fix her hair. She had a pink shirt on that was dirty with yesterdays pizza stains (that's right two) on it, GROSS!
as soon as I walked in I heard her say I WAS HERE FIRST, SHE IS MINE.
The other young lady had tattoos all over her. Here boobs were hanging out. She had several gold chains around neck. Every finger was painted a different color.
It looked like the manager was interviewing a lady (she looked professional) RUN LADY RUN.
I did come in a few days before to ask some questions and check out the place. A black lady tried to help me but knew NOTHING called manager and then she went back to her customer talking/laughing so LOUD I had to almost yell my questions out.
UPSCALE SALON.......NOT.
Owner needs to get rid of unprofessional/sloppy nail techs and get some NOT SO SCARY people in there.Response from Pink Nail Spa
