Panda Kitchen and Bath of Pembroke Pines

We visited Panda Kitchen and bath to get a quote on a new kitchen. Daniel was our consultant, he was able to give us a quote on the spot. Daniel was very professional and designed my kitchen. He came over on time and measured the kitchen and offered other ideas that would look even better. When the demo and install was going on I was worried it would take a long time. Daniel told me it would be done in under two weeks and it was. The kitchen is beyond my expectations. I couldn't be more happy. The crew that came over lead my Ariel did a great job and extremely professional and friendly. The other crew that did the counter tops where also wonderful. I will highly recommend Panda Kitchen in Bath to everyone.

My experience with Panda was great. Cesar was very patient and really listened to my ideas. My kitchen feels like it's my design with his guidance. Cesar answered every call the same day and tried every idea I threw at him. As soon as I made up my mind and paid for my cabinets they were installed within a week. My installers (Yandry) were amazing and explained all the minor alterations that needed to be done before doing it. They were very clean and and careful not to disrupt any other part of my house. From beginning to end Cesar made the process a breeze. Thank you Cesar for making my kitchen makeover a good experience. I regret not purchasing my counter top from panda. That experience has been let's say... different.

The process of ordering our cabinets started in May of 2010. It took 3 months for the cabinets to arrive (which we were aware of) then one of the doors did not fit and the granite was miss measured. To add insult to injury they require you to pay all in full before they will schedule an install. Once we did this it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to help us. Their workers would miss appointments and the staff would never return a phone call. We reported that our cabinets were cracking and it is now going to be May 2011 and the cabinets still have not been fixed. Horrible customer service. Now we sit with cracked cabinets and we are out $11,000!
