Mike's Great Bear Auto

I got Ripped Off! I'm very disappointed. Got call with an original estimate of about $1100. When I refused to do the repair he called me back and said he figured out way he could fix the car for 1/2 the price. So I gave ok! That sounded greaI! Next day after I picked up car, the car broke down again while I was driving to work. Took it back to Mike's again. And was told by Bo, he was not sure what problem was but I should go ahead and do the rest of work that needed to be done for the $1100. This is after they already tricked me into paying $600. They nickel n' dime me for alot of things on the car but never fixed the real problem. They lied to me so they could take my money. Now I still have a broke down car and lost $600. Word of advice to Mike's Auto, don't offer to fix for less $ if u can't. Don't lie! I would have respected your position and still been a loyal customer.

Took my car in on Saturday and left it with the Mgr. Beau. He called me a couple hours later with the price and said they couldn't do it until Monday because they close early on Saturday but I could leave the car there. I picked it up Monday afternoon and didn't notice until I got home that it was missing a half tank of gas and had 90 additional miles on it! I found a receipt from BrandsMart in Deerfield Beach (25 miles away) and his kid's football in my trunk! When I called Mike, the owner of the shop, he knew about it and said that his manager made an error in judgment and that he was a "good guy" and a "good manager." He offered me an oil change for another vehicle or a gift card to a restaurant to make up for it. Beware people!

They overfilled my transmission fluid by 2 qts on one car and underfilled by 1qt on another. When bolting my transmission fluid pan back on they forgot to put one of the bolts back in. VERY BAD. Could have toasted my transmission. This place charges way too much for basic services. Unfriendly staff. Dirty little hole in the wall. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!
