Horrible experience. Wish I would have known more about this facility before they transferred him there, where he passed a week later. He was on the 3rd floor where you could never find anyone at the desk or walking around if you needed help. They were very rude and unfriendly and if you asked them for anything it was as if you were bothering them. There was a sign specifically saying not to perform BP checks on his arms yet the nurse attempted several times before we caught them. We would come first thing in the mornings and he would look so uncomfortable and would say nobody had been in the room to help move him.
