This is the worst towing company you can call. Yes they are cheap and there's a REASON for that:
1. You will be waiting for hours!!! They say they are on the way when they clearly are NOT!
2. The dispatchers are RUDE!!! When you call to check status they give you attitude. Extremely unprofessional!
Remember you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! So if it seems too good to be true, it usually is. You're better off paying a little more and calling someone else!! I certainly don't have time to be waiting on the side of the road!

Very poor service, the dispatcher was very rude. They told me the tow truck would be there in one hour and they made me wait almost three ! When I called they kept telling me the tow truck was on its way, it never even showed up!! I kept calling they don't even answer. After waiting 4 and a half hours finally gave up on them and called another place. I highly do not recommend !!!

horrible people, dispatcher was rude and sarcastic, ended up calling me a p.o.s and numerous other names. telling me " looks like youre a duchebag stranded on the side of the road" and hung up.

I am a police officer and have had exposure to numerous tow companies. I don't recommend this company and would advise family and friends to use another company
