This was my number 1 place to go. I might not spend more that 50.00 each time. But the meat is # 1. We use to be able to buy 5 or 6 lbs of steak and get it ground. Might not be a lot.. ?? 25.00 to 30.00. Plus everything else purchased, was just under 100.00
Well new rules..... No more...... So if I WANT.. Which is the customers needs... To get their steak ground like the old days. Not here. I have to now go to Dor____s or to Westen_ B__ to now get that done. What A shame... No wonder the parking lot was almost empty.
Mr Miller, I am sorry that you feel this way but please allow me to explain our reasoning for not grinding your meat. Our industrial sized meat grinder is designed to handle large quantities of meat, so when you put in only 5 or 6 pounds of meat into this machine it often will not yield that same amount back in grinds. If we were to grind that amount we would also have to put in another cut of meat to push that smaller amount of meat through, which brings up the possibility of breaking up the purity of the meat you had originally intended to become ground. Our intentions are always to give the customer what they want and what they paid for. Please accept my apologies for this misunderstanding and hopefully you will give us the opportunity to keep your business.Gino
