Owner Paul Miller very low class!!!

This is a very low class salon. Owner, Paul Miller, has extremely poor customer service skills. And very rude to customers. I guess I should have known better than to have a color done in a salon where the owner openly states he does not know how to perform colors. Althouth the stylist offered a refund because she could not fix the coloring until next week, owner Paul Miller would not allow it, stating the color was good enough and since I am not a hairstylist, I don t know about hair and therefore I don t know how it is supposed to look. Although I may not be a hairstylist, my eyesight is excellent, and I know that my wife s hair should not look like a zebra! I m not coming back to this salon ever!

That's why I was so happy to discover Paul Miller Hair Studio and a wonderful stylist named Natalie . My hair has never looked better and I was pleased to find some of my neighbors there as well. If you have over done it with the relaxers and color go see Natalie , she will bring your hair back to life..

Nats the best! Natalie is truly the greatest when it comes to relaxers, a professional at her craft; not to mention a slamming cut, color and style. Never a dull moment at this salon. I also enjoy watching her process and style others while I await my turn she is very diligent and creative. I have never been burned not once and I am so glad she is back, you can't go wrong if you choose Natalie for your next relaxer. :-)

for sharing your special gifts! If you have curly or wiry hair, you have probably met a lot of stylists who believe that they are specialists with your type of hair. If you are like me, you have found that most do not quite have it down. Mercedes is the specialist that you have been looking for all of your life! Not only will your life be easier after a visit with her, but, if you are like me, you will get compliments regularly. While at the salon, I watched several of Mercedes' clients leave. Each of their styles were so pretty and suited them individually. And, I feel the same way about mine, too. Her eye for color matches her eye for texture and styling. So, basically, you can sit in Mercedes chair and take a nap. When you wake, you will feel beautiful! Since I just moved here from the western part of the country, I don't know how to compare the salon's prices locally, but I found them to be affordable. Many salons would charge quite a bit more for Mercedes' talents. Don't hesitate!

This salon is amongst the best I have ever been to. My hair was a wreck when I went in, and thanks to my stylist Amber, turned my hair from horrendous to hot-hot-hot!!! The people are extremely professional and creative with their styling techniques, and I recommend this place to anyone in the area!! I definitely be making this the place to go every time I need a touch up or a trim. =D

When I walked in someone was there to greet me immediately. They took me right away. I loved the highlights I got in my hair, from Mercedes! The products they used are great, I just tried their new product Awapuhi. After I left got so many compliments on my hair. Met up with a friend and had drinks at Ginger Bay. Being half African American and half Caucasian, it's very hard to find a good salon that knows what they are doing with my very curly, very frizzy, very thick thick thick hair! Paul Miller Hair Studio was great. Joann highlighted my dark brown hair and the results were amazing! I then had Paul trim it and style it, and he did a fantastic job! Aside from the long wait (they were very accomodating while I waited) this was a great hair experience for me. Everyone was friendly and they know what they are doing!

Mercedes una Estilista Dominicana en Paul Miller Hair Studio es la mejor. Mi cabello es bien rizado y con la humedad en Florida se friza demasiado y siempre vivia frustrada hasta que encontre a Mercedes que es maravillosa ella pudo entender mi cabello como ninguna otra estilista. Luego decidi hacerme la Keratina por recomendacion de Mercedes y es lo mejor que e hecho! Estoy muy contenta. En mis fotos pueden ver los resultados.\r \r I found Mercedes a Dominican Styllist at Paul Miller Hair Studio, who is great I have very curly hair & with the humidity in Florida its always very frizzy. I was always very frustrated, until I found Mercedes who worked wonders on my hair she was able to style it like no one else could. Per Mercedes reccomendation, she did the Keratine Treatment, which I absolutely LOVE my hair is so much easier to maintain I dont have frizzy hair no matter what the weather is! I reccomend this treatment to anyone who struggles with frizzy hair, you can see the difference in the pictures I have posted...And if u have long hair & need a trim ask for the Mercedes Cut!

Every time!\r \r We all think we have problem hair, and probably few of us do look like the photos in the fashion magazines, but for a few hours or even days after a visit to Paul's studio, our hair does.\r \r It's always a pleasure to walk in, get a relaxing shampoo, almost immediately, and then have Paul perform his magic, while I listen to a wonderful variety of music, selected by Gary, the receptionist who makes us all laugh with his quick humor. The entire staff, especially, Mercedes, a great colorist and Natalie, are friendly and skilled at their crafts. \r \r A morning at PMHS is guaranteed to be relaxing and de-stressing. Where else can you go where someone apologizes if your wait is five minutes?\r \r The clincher is the many compliments I often receive on my style, color or cut sometimes from perfect strangers. I recently moved to Hollywood from Miami and walked into Paul Miller Hair Studio for a cut. It was the best left turn I've made in the last six months. In the past, I've been turned off by salons that treat customers with an air of snobbery, elitism, or judgment. Like many women, I've had a few encounters with that type of stylist who raises an eyebrow and gives a look of distaste at my less-than-perfect curly hair. This is not the kind of treatment I found at Paul Miller's studio. When I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm chorus of greetings. At the front desk, a friendly and good-humored stylist named Gary accommodated my walk-in by giving me an appointment with Paul Miller in just thirty minutes. From the moment I sat in the chair, I felt at ease. Paul Miller was kind, conversational, and focused. His personality was warm and human. His work was measured, precise, and gentle -- not the frantic, rushed snip I used to receive in my salon in Miami. I can honestly say that this was the best cut I've ever received. It is so hard to find a stylist who understands waves and curls and takes the time to give complex hair a perfect cut. Paul Miller is that stylist. I loved my experience so much that I went back for highlights with JoAnn. I was offered a glass of wine and given the most beautiful highlights I've ever had. Joann was sweet and equally focused on my hair. One of the best qualities of this studio is that the staff does excellent work and seems to be having a great time. They love what they do, and the positive energy is contagious. I'm no longer intimidated by the salon. I've gotten so many compliments on my hair in the past few days. Paul and his staff are lovely, professional, and excellent at what they do. Check them out!
