Big Al's is top notch! They need more than 5 stars! I took my class D security license with Mary H and she is highly knowledgeable in this field. I learned the whole 40hours of the class. Can't say enough about her classes and level of professionalism. You rock Mary! If you want to really learn this field she is the one to go see. Denise who is the manager at Big Al's is an angel. Her well trained and knowledgeable staff will take excellent care of you from start to finish. There knowledge of guns and knifes are out of this world. The shoot range is also amazing and spacious. Never had to wait to shoot. Love Big Al's and would highly recommend for all your gun, ammo, knife, security, concealed carry license, etc..

It's ok place to shoot but I don't like the fact that I have step on thousands of bullet casings while shooting!

What a great place!! Don't know what's wrong with a lot of the Google reviewers, maybe they couldn't read the 7 signs outside about no loaded guns allowed inside, but YELPERS seem to have it...this place ROCKS!!!!



Informative, friendly staff, flat rates - I'm so glad I gave them a try. They won me over.

Ill never go back to shoot there. I've shot there twice and both times the staff was rude and I had an issue with the lane I was sent to malfunctioning. Ill stick to pembroke gun range. Their very nice there.

Not the greatest gunshop/range I've been to. Their range is on the second floor, if you're wheelchair bound the only way up is some archaic stairwell lift which takes forever and blocks the stairs the whole time you're using it. You end up with people at the bottom and top of the stairs waiting for the lift to clear. A real fun experience.

Unprofessional and arrogant staff. As an off duty US Marshal I entered this location without identifying myself to and was approached by a employee who was both rude and out of order. I recommend that you avoid this place at all cost. I'm surprised that there hasn't been a gun fight in this place. You've been warned!
