Hollywood Kia,The No Pressure,Friendly Car Buying Experience I stopped in to see what the Kia Optima's looked like, was walking around looking, meet up with Alex Phylactou ,right away I told him I wasn just there to look around see what the Kia optima was all about , He was very friendly and approachable without feeling he would be waiting to pounce at any hint of my buying, he answered all my questions, allowed me the freedom to feel like I wasn't going to be pressured, after I looked around I told him what i liked and would he see what it would take to lease a peticular car, He had me feel out a credit app, and I left, he called me back said thec ar I was interested in was sold, but he was searching for another, called me back about a week later, and I made an appointment to see him, when I arrived I looked at the cars again, but was surprised at the small difference betwen the Optima lease and the Cradenza lease, so I got the Cardenza instead after some fun haggling and they worked hard to get me where I felt comfortable, all the while I never felt pressured to buy now, when I said I would sleep on it , they didn't mind, but at tha point I decided to go for it, and I was out the door in about 30 minutes with my new Cradenza. I gotta say Alex was friendly, warm, and very professional and never carsalemen cheesey with me from the beginning to the end, so I was delighted to get my price and get the deal done with Alex, truly an asset to the Hollywood Kia group. The Best Sales man I have ever came in contact with My name is Kevin Lopez, I came into Hollywood Kia because I wanted a new car. Randy F. made me feel at home, he broke down every statistic about the car and had the best knowledge about any car on the lot used and new. I felt comfortable speaking with someone that knew what they were talking about. I ended up not qualifying for the Optima that I wanted but Randy F. made sure that I went home happy, he made sure that I left with a car I could smile about. He made sure that he could get me into the payments that I needed without putting money down, and he fought with the banks to make sure I was satisfied. We searched every car on lot even in the rain, he said he wanted to do his best to give back because at one time in his life he has been there. My wife was comfortable and satisfied, Randy Flores got me into a 2011 Ford Fusion with 40,000 miles for a low price and my target payment, with no money down and just my car as a down payment. Randy is the type of salesman you want. As an Army Veteran I salute him for making this difficult process easy. He took about 1hr and the staff was pleasant and respectful. You will never find someone else who can get the job done so quickly, inexpensively, and with no bull or run-arounds. I have taken my two cars (one muscle car with performance aftermarket parts), and my three and a half year old Jag to SuperDaves on a couple of occasions for some work. Dave was able to locate parts that even the dealers said they couldn't get. Not only did he find them, he had them shipped to his shop within 48 hours. Once in his possession, the work was completed that day. Thatsshow he is. I've never met an auto mechanic who actually gets excited and intrugued the more complex or mysterious an issue appears to be. He is a wiz at troubleshooting. Daves approach is no nonsense. He has always been straight up with his assessments letting me know how much the parts/work will be before proceeding with any of the work. I imagine some people might not be used to his straight forward approach, but its refreshing and time saving. I only wish dealerships could be the same way.... but I won't hold my breath on that one! He always has the best Prices.... and is fast. I use his shop for basic oil changes to more complicated issues that most dealsership don't even want to touch. 5 Stars to Super Daves!!
