        Overall

        Our refrigerator stopped working over the weekend and I was becoming more and more frantic as nowhere I called was open on the weekends. Just as I was about to give up and let all of our food we had just restocked our fridge with spoil, Customer Care Appliance Repair picked up the other line and told me that they would be there within the hour. The technician arrived shortly after our phone call and promptly had our refrigerator up and running again. Thanks to Customer Care Appliance Repair five hundred dollars worth of groceries did not go to waste.

        Overall

        I was nervous to try out a new appliance business but was drawn to the small family business appeal as I was hoping for a more personable technician this time around. James showed up with a sharp professional appearance, friendly and knowledgeable as can be. He took the extra time to explain what was wrong with my washing machine and the different modes available of repairing it. Everything was very fairly priced especially when compared with the other appliance companies I've used. I would not hesitate to recommend CCAR to anyone looking for a great appliance repair experience!
