Big O Tires

Avoid this place! Go anywhere else if you can! I have had multiple issues with this specific location. They messed up so many things on my car, and made me return multiple times without fixing the issue I took it in for. I also purchased year plan for service, and when I took car in later they couldn't find my information in their system so I was charged for a device I had already paid. Also they let my battery die when I returned for car and I had to have them charge it just to take it away, and it was a brand new battery. Seriously never take your car here

The sheer lack of professionalism and courtesy of this store astound me. Despite being told numerous lies throughout the process of getting a tire replaced underwarranty, I was told I should be thanking the store. I was given the run around, to the point that I had to make 3 special trips out to this store, arranging daycare for my child, in an attempt to get this tire replaced. Each trip to in excess of an hour. At the end of the process, I was presented a fee for labor, which astounded me. Maybe I should have submitted a bill for childcare back to them. The worst part is a manager telling me I should be thanking them for this process. No Joe, you should have been thanking me for my business and patience while dealing with your lack of professionalism and the lies I put up with in this process. I can promise that in the future, I will take my business elsewhere to somewhere I know it will be appreciated.
