Hello, I am writing this regarding the Jets Pizza in Holland on Washington. I have a severely autistic son he is 11 years old. He loves your Jets bread so a few times a week I take him to get bread for a treat after he is done with school. My son cannot speak and has difficulty communicating. Every time we go to pick up his bread he wants a pop. I never know which one he wants though because the pop is behind the counter. Most of the time I just guess. A few months ago we came in and an employee named Riley was working. My son was trying to point to the pop he wanted and she told me to let him come behind the counter. He grabbed the one he wanted and the look on his face was priceless. Every time we go in if he sees her working his face lights right up. I am so impressed with her. It may seem so small but she has no idea how much she makes my sons day when we go in and she is there. Unfortunately for my son most people never recognize how they can help him, Riley did. She is such a pleasant and nice person. I know it seems small but with the challenges my son faces in the world it is so refreshing when I meet someone that cares and takes the time to help him. Thank you for the great customer service, Michelle Mocini Holland MI

I went to Baker BookHouse to purchase my HomeSchool curriculum and was very pleased and satisfied with the quality of customer service offered. Aside from a large selection and clean environment, the staff at Baker went above and beyond to insure that my experience there was acceptable and that I left happy. If you can't find a specific item, they will go out of thier way to order the product(s) for you and inform you right away when the product is in. I will continue to shop at Baker for a lifetime.
Pizza lovers beware, you may never leave this place, it is the best pizza in the universe. Not expensive, great customer service. I wish they had booze but oh we'll. I suggest you call ahead for your Chicago style pizza as it can take up to two hours on busy days as they seem to be always busy but it's worth the wait.
