Lisa is dedicated to providing you with the most effective and high-quality physical therapy treatment available. No matter the type of pain or problem you are experiencing, her goal is to reduce and eventually eliminate your discomfort or musculoskeletal dysfunction to enhance your overall physical mobility, agility, and quality of life. With a Wellness Maintenance approach, Lisa will go the extra mile to help you attain and/or maintain your optimal level of function, activity. She devotes one full hour to each patient at every visit. Treatment is skilled, hands-on, one-on-one and tailored to you. Time will be focused on skilled manual physical therapy and medical-based massage techniques, neuromuscular re-education, extensive patient education, and HEP instruction to augment your clinical program and personal goals. With her location next to Lakeshore Pilates, Lisa and owner Heather Dibkey, offer an amazing continuum of care to clients who value their health and wellness, and who want to optimize their long-term results. Lisa and Heather have found that combining PT/manual therapy to address musculoskeletal issues and/or pain, and a skilled Pilates program improves long-term patient outcomes, decreases chronic pain and frequency of recurrences, and results in high levels of patient satisfaction. And for those clients that have been participating consistently in Pilates but who still have aches and pains of varying levels, the manual physical therapy as an adjuct to their regular exercise program has proven to be very beneficial in decreasing muscle tightness, augmenting range of motion. improving overall joint mobility, and enabling patients to progress further and faster toward their fitness goals. Moreover, patients appreciate the team approach that Lisa and Heather practice: the collaboration between two experienced and passionate practitioners, the integration of knowledge about the human body, injury and recovery, and the dedication to helping each and every person achieve their goals.

Lisa specializes in manual therapy for orthopedic, spine and related dysfunctions, and has been a practicing PT since 1999. She utilizes a unique and highly effective combination of skilled manual physical therapy and medical-based massage techniques to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Lisa's approach is to care for the whole person. She looks at the relationship between alignment and asymmetries in joint mobility, flexibility, tissue extensibility, and muscle strength/inhibition/imbalance. She is passionate about educating and empowering her patients, focusing on ways to restore optimal function, and assisting her patients in achieving the highest quality of life possible.
