Meadow Springs Apartments

I have been a resident now for over two years. It is a great community with friendly staff, and prompt service when something is broke. I like the fact that it is close to many different places, for groceries, shopping and dining out. I appreciate the fact that I don't have to go to a laundry room and share washers and dryers. I stay nice and cool in the summer. Buildings are attractive and clean, and best of all one of the most affordable. I enjoy the scenery, and the setting is perfect for walks, bike riding, and getting out to meet new people. Any one would be crazy not to give it a try!

I really like living here because its quite and is kept up really well. When you need something to be fixed it gets taken care of right away. We really like the management they are very friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy living here. I have not had any issues. I like that I can have my dog here. We really like it alot and will probabbly live here for quite awhile.

In my opinion MeadowSprings is a nice place to live. Friendly staff, quiet neighbors. Maintenance are on call 24 Hrs. Free membership at Ultimate Fitness and health. MeadowSprings also has 2 bus stops just outside of it's entrance

It's also a great location. Grocery stores, hospitals, banks, resturaunts,gas stations, and hotels

are just minutes away. MeadowSprings is the right choice.

This is a wonderful place to live. Its quite and peaceful. Great place for families with kids. There is tons of room for kids to run around. Magament is great, they are very helpful and willing to help out when needed. The propery is very well maintained.

I am a single mother of two and have found that living at Meadow Spring Apartments is a great place to live! I live in a two bedroom one bath unit. It’s spacious, has a washer and dryer and a deck. I also have my own garage which is great for storage. The apartments are in a convenient location, close to shopping and schools.

The property is kept in great condition; clean, and updated. Maintenance responds quickly to any issues you many have, sometimes as fast as an hour! Did I mention how great management is! I love it here! I see myself living here for a very long time. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment!!!

I am in the process of going through a divorce and have been staying at a woman's shelter. I heard about the Great special that Meadow Springs was offering, so I decided to check it out after numerous of places I have checked out. I wanted a place to feel safe with my child and to call home. The Manager Holly Kamminga made me feel very welcome to my new home during my move and during my stay here at Meadow Springs. Meadow Springs have an excellent staff Holly Kamminga, Ashley Kelly, and Mike the Maintenace Man is awsome when you need repairs done!!



I highly recommend the Meadow Springs Apartments to call home.

I have lived here for 4.5 years and love it. The staff is great and willing to help with any issues. The grounds are beautiful and, all buildings have a pond view. Also there is a lot of great wildlife to see too. The apartments are spacious and clean. Check it out if you need a nice quiet place to call home!!
