        Very friendly and helpful service

        Love this credit union. I have never had one issue at all. They are always very quick to help resolve my problems when they arise. Very friendly no matter who I speak to. Great customer service. Definitely recommend joining.

        This bank is horrible. Honestl...

        This bank is horrible. Honestly, I joined just to get a 10% discount on my Sprint bill, but it was not worth it. The online banking never works properly. As a result, I was late with 2 credit card payments. My ATM card never works, so I never have access to my account after hours. The Member Services center sucks, especially a customer service rep named Brad. He was rude and did nothing to fix my problem with online banking. On a positive note, a Member Services rep named Dave was awesome and helped me out. Do not join
