        Seems we were totally blown off by the sales rep....we were prepared to spend about 10k for shades but after the rep came to our house, we never heard from her again. Even after calling a week later, we never heard back. Guess they are so busy they can easily give a large sale up for whatever reasons we will never know

        I stopped into their showroom ...

        I stopped into their showroom and Jim came out the next Saturday and was very helpful. I knew I wanted shutters in living areas and 2” wood blinds in my bedrooms. He gave me great suggestions and before you know it the job was done. Their prices are very competitive and the service is like nothing I've ever dealt with (fantastic). I had placed many orders with different companies in the process of furnishing my new house and Budget Blinds were by far the most responsive, professional and honest people I came in contact with. No matter what you are looking for - they will have something that fits. Fells like a family run business (because I think it is) - can't go wrong. I would recommend to anyone!!
